.Executive Cleaner

If you are a enthusiastic person, love challenge, are fit, love to work as part of a team, have a great attitude and have eyes for details so then we would love to hear from you.

We have a very high standard of cleaning and therefore you must be able to this high level. You must be highly motivated, well presented, honest, reliable, able to follow instructions and able to speak and understand English. Also you must be living in Queenstown for at least 12 months.

.General Manager

The candidate must have 4+ years work experience, work qualification and speak English fluently. Control budget and finances, payroll, hiring, training and dismissal staff, rosters, job schedule, read and make reports, stock control, marketing, seek for new clients, client's relationship maintenance, motivate partners and develop the business in a professional manner. Also have to be passionate about people and have strong leadership skills.

1. Planning administration  

 Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting staff  with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and  reporting of progress on plans. Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long  range plans.Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed  to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.

 2. HR management

  Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff; Employee development, and training; Policy development and documentation; Employee relations; Performance management and improvement systems; Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; Board of Directors, including arranging meetings and agendas, attending and minuting meetings;

  3. Marketing and PR:

  Manage advertising opportunities; Manage relationship  and/or contracts with local business; Manage all communication such as visit cards, car wrapping development, uniform, website and all sort of advertise (press, radio, events etc).

  4.   Financial management 

 Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies; Oversee preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.;Provide vision regarding overall financial health of the company; Provide vision and leader ship in long - range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity  and solvency of the company; Provide recommendations regarding effective utilization of long and short term debt,  including refinancing and purchasing/sales; Provide monthly financial reports; Control suppliers’ payments, staff weekly payment and taxes.
